Here we have a very bubbly wisp (literally). This wisp can be found in the tropical areas of Planet Wisp where it likes to soak up the waters and converting it into bubbles. It does this ability by consuming animal oils and vegetable oils with alkaline salts to produce a soap-like substance. It then mixes the substance with the water making the water very bubbly. It then blows the bubbles from its three bubble wands where it creates large amounts of bubbles for its amusement. When this wisp unleashes its hyper go-on energy with Sonic, it will allow him to make bubbles for sonic to bounce off of when he homing attacks it. In underwater environments, it will provide Sonic a large air bubble for him to travel the waters without worrying about air. The bubbles will also trap Eggmas robots floating them up to the sky and then eventually popping letting them fall to the ground and break.
