EDIT: Neville is yelling at Voldemort. Because him hugging someone is such an evil thing to do. That was the joke. A surprisingly small number of people got that lol....

I kinda imagined a world where Draco let's it slip that he'd never been hugged in his life to some Slytherin and they start trying to hug him, they don't get him though. Later, the Slytherin is asked why he's chasing Draco around and he tells them. Then it continues to spread until, it becomes a kind of game. Everyone choses one person from their house and whoever can get Draco to let them hug him, wins. After a while teachers actually have to apprehend students as they leap out at Draco from corridors so eventually it becomes that Draco has to hug them. This simmers down but is still a running joke for several years until this exact scene: Malfoy defects as he feels that he can't do anything if he's dead but he might be able to save someone if he lives, then, as he moves, he gets enveloped into this embrace.
His first hug has been taken by the man he hates most.
This is the last straw and everyone goes full out ballistic, then, those who survive, all take turns and basicity form a line to hug Draco as they all feel so terrible that his first ever hug went out to such a terrible terrible person, Malfoy explains that he wanted to try to save some of them through his father's power and then, finally, when Harry hugs him, they basically have to pry him off with a crowbar.

My sentiments exactly Neville. In fact I had to choose between yelling this or laughing hysterically when I first saw this scene. The second one seemed more socially acceptable. Not the best thing to do in a cinema full of people though...
