Once again, I will comment and critique on how amazing the things you do are.

First off, the position as well as the general LSD background is very nice, and gives a pretty special setting and atmosphere to the piece.
Proportions are fine, and shouldn't be remarked too much for this is a fictional character, but you did pretty well.
The expression is cute, but not too much "mary sue chibi", so it is nice too. The eyes, are, as always, mind blowingly well done. I can't even begin to grasp how good they are.
The shadows are perfectible, but still pretty fine.

The only reproaches I could do (to help improve, not to destroy), is that the hair/fluff texture is kinda meh to me. It's not bad, but if you want the character to look very fluffy (which is my guess), then you should maybe experiment with new things ? I don't know. Just suggesting, and saying. It's my opinion after all, and I'm not so objective.

Very nice piece overall.
