Been doing a role play with Auggie and decided to redesign him and I like how he turned out. Because of years of neglect in a care home he’s left with this body, constantly in his own head and he rarely comes out. His body can’t sit right in a chair anymore sadly enough and he’s constantly having to have work done in his mouth due to the neglect and his teeth basically rotting away. Pressure sore scars liter his butt and back, his skin is so fragile to him it feels like someone it’s tearing it apart when he gets dressed. After years of neglect he’s learned to not bring attention to his pain as it didn’t matter before, he doesn’t notice when he’s had an accident or feels sick, he doesn’t really know when he’s hungry. So his current caregiver is working a lot with him on this, and it’s working, Auggie comes out of his hole more and more, he’s more vocal. Which is just the start.
