en efecto de capa pones "sombra interior".. y reemplazas la propiedad de "multiplicar" por "trama".. y cambias el color negro por un blanco... luego mueves los valores un poco y crearas un efecto como que la fuente de iluminacion viene detras de la imagen (tu personaje debe estar separado del escenario en una capa)

i used photoshop.. the shading was done with brushes.. the smoke effect under the character was done with a filter called "alien skin eye candy" (very good filters).. also.. the character have "inside glow" (layer effect).. but don't know the name on the english version of the program
