Yep I'm at 2:13 too.
However there are two parts that take up about 3 seconds apiece.
One being the ending since I can never just fly into the goal ring.
It's beatable but you need no mess ups.

You can skip a few seconds by hitting the right most dashboard, but then you have the worry the wall'll slow you down. (the dashboard throws you right into the goal ring)
