Description this is jus like gaara spread the sand drawing except the sand is moving it is for a cosplay contest make him look kind of like me. PLEASE LOOK IN FULL VIEW.

Proportions again-- I like the effect of the sand though. Oh... But one thing, Gaara does not have eyebrows, so it looks a little odd. X3

Think you've got something going there, with the nice clothing design, facial expression and choosing to include some sort of animated effect. However, maybe a little more attention to body proportions may be in order -- the figure's torso and arm are a bit too thin and small for the head.

This is a good start, and I like the effects, just study your subject a bit more. The anatomy is off, and with a little staring, that can be fixed, other than that, this is a good job.

I like the the sand and the movement I dig the annimation, but the only thing that bothers me is the bicep and tricep in relation to the elbow it should be closer to the deltoid. The best tool for drawing anatomy is useing referances. Get a picture and use the stance, but design it with your own interest.
I like the highlights in the hair gives it a manga feel to it. Go with that... Try adding a few "cuts" to establish a light source, but keep it simple. Good stuff over all... intergrating aninmated backgrounds is cool... keep pushing it
