I have the manga right here in my hand and they call him Pain, not Pein XD

I used to spell it Pein too until I got the official manga.

The Japanese spell it as "Pein" because if it were "Pain", it would be (to them) pronounced as "pie" with "n" on the end. When spelt with an e, someone with a Japanese accent can correctly pronounce it as the english word "pain". That's why there's a spelling variation. So, technically, both spellings are correct.

For my piercings I used a number of things, for the nose piercings I used some small square beads I bought from eBay, the lip piercings were small spike studs. The ear rings I used were small cut up pieces of wire wrapped around my ear, and the scaffold piercing was another cut piece of wiring. The piercings on my face were stuck on with superglue! >< Sounds crazy I know but I had to wear them all day and by the end of it they just peel off XD and the ear piercings were stuck on with spirit gum.

I just did my first ever cosplay of Pain-sama's second animal path (female body), and my costume was made entirely out of duct tape. I was going to use beads and glue like you suggested, but at the last minute I just cut little squares out of duct tape and wound up using that instead. It completed the look. XD But if I ever do a more serious Pain cosplay, I will definitely take your advice Because, in all honesty, you're the cosplayer with the best piercings I've ever seen. (Actually, your whole costume is pretty awesome).
