Description When George was a young lad of 12, his father lie on his death bed barely holding on. George never left his side and was given the gift of magnificent stories of far off places that fear and excite alike.
Just shortly before his father's passing, he was given a wonderful compass journal. His father told him in his frail, but determined voice to travel the world and experience life to it's fullest.
This treasure has followed George everywhere he has gone for the last 39 years. The compass he religiously treasures is in fact a magical compass that takes you to anywhere you wish simply by closing your eyes and thinking of the location. A wonderful treasure that George has kept a well guarded secret. Of all the places he ventured to and all the experiences that were put before him, something seemed to be missing. A feeling. An emotion. He just couldn't figure it out.
Until the day he fell helplessly in love. Her name was Delilah and her beauty far exceeded anything George had ever seen. She was like a magnet to his heart and he longed to be with her.
George was the best thing to ever come into Delilah's life. He completed her.
By his side, she experienced endless adventures beyond anything she could of have ever imagined. Together they had truly lived as bonded souls.
George, a loving and faithful husband, died just days after their 46th year anniversary at the age of 97.
Delilah took the compass journal and placed it away for safe keeping. Years went by and Delilah, now the age of 80, was so tired and lonely. She missed her sweet loving George and frequently thought of their wonderful adventures.
On a cold December evening, Delilah lie on her bed with the compass journal pressed against her heart. She slowly closed her eyes and softly spoke beneath her breath. I'm am on my way sweet George. Our new adventures begin.

Beautiful work, without wanting to do you out of the skill and like I would ever get that good, are there tutorials to bind books with the spines/covers like you have done (minus the compass)?
