He also said that they would have been mostly different from the original team, consisting of 10 evil versions of the Omnitrix aliens. The only member that Derrick had an idea for was a Galvan, colored like a poisonous frog. So I decided to make him AND the other members.

Say hello to Inicilius. A mutant Galvan, evolved to be poisonous. Inicilius left Galvan Prime after losing his first thinker title to Azmuth. He went to Viscosia and finished his affiliations with technology. There, Inicilius mutated because of a chemical swamp and after that event, the swamp became his home.

Inicilius is Grey Matter's Negative 10 counterpart.
