How do you get this view? Is it from a pedestrian footbridge? The exposure, lighting and colours are all good. Keeping the horizon level is sometimes the hardest thing about taking a view like this. As far as I can see this is virtually spot on. I worried that it was tilted a fraction of a degree down to the right, but it isn't by more that a tenth of a degree or so if at all. I think one of the best features is the line of shadows cast on the concrete barrier.
My own EOS 550D stopped working obver the summer holiday and I await delivery of the new model Coolpix with the x18 zoom I've ordered to replace it, so I'm glad to see that Coolpix photos look well exposed and crisply detailed.
