Quick-Play Spell Card

Lore: Pay half your LP: Special Summon 1 WATER "Cloudian" monster from your Deck, and if you do, place 2 Fog or Counters on each WATER monster you currently control, also until the end of the next turn, you never take damage if the amount would be equal to or less than that Summoned monster's ATK. During your turn: You can banish this card from your GY; this turn, you can Normal Summon up to 3 "Cloudian" monsters with different names. You can only activate 1 "Golden Summon Cloud" effect per turn, and only once that turn.
