WIND/Spellcaster-Type Effect Monster/Level 2/500 ATK/500 DEFLore: If this card is Summoned: You can reveal 1 WIND Spellcaster monster from your hand; Special Summon 1 Spellcaster monster from your Deck with the same name, but it becomes Level 2. During the End Phase, if this card is in the GY because it was sent there this turn: Inflict 200 damage to your opponent for each "Windwitch" monster in your GY. You can only use each effect of "Windwitch - Frost Bell" once per turn.

Slightly redid it now, but the main thrust of the effect still stands; bring out another Windwitch from Deck, it becomes Level 2, and accomplishes the same thing Glass Bell does. In theory.
Also, I'm surprised you're not calling me out; this first effect is basically a more generic version of Chime of the Wind's effect, an actual Windwitch support card in the anime that Rin has: yugioh.fandom.com/wiki/Chime_o…
