Xandra is an instructor for the Emperors Coven and is in charge of physical training. She has a tough exterior and takes great pride in her work, and physical prowess. Howe ever she is also a mother and has a nurturing side.
She has a keen eye to spot what recruit needs what kind of training to bring out the best in them. She is able to switch from tough drill sergeant for some, to gentle positive affirmations for others to a swim or drown approach for some. Raising her kids has taught her that every individual has their own unique way to greatness and she does her best to help each recruit on their personal way, with great results.
While on duty she almost universally wears her coven uniform, but off duty she takes off the cloak, boots and gloves and changes into more comfortable underclothes. She often keeps her leather armor on though, because she never knows when she might unexpectedly have to rush into action.
Later when Emily stays at the Emperors Castle, she takes her under her wing, and teaches her to use a spear, since Emily can't use magic.
