The world was doing pretty well, until it was attacked by a strong disease. People around the world started dying. As the entire planet was horrified by this sudden havoc, Phineas started researching on how such a disease came out of no where. Impressed by his dedication, Professor Rachel Evans from 2nd dimension sent him a message through his other dimension communicator. "Phineas, I've been observing you for quite a while, and believe that you are the one capable of saving your planet. I need you to come to my dimension and there I'll tell you the rest. Oh, and one more thing. I need another person to accompany you. Someone with good intelligence and whom you can trust no matter what in the world happens. And be prepared, you can't return before the mission is accomplished, but you have to do this for the welfare of your planet. Come as soon as you can."

Worried by the responsibility bestowed upon him, Phineas had no other choice but to do what the lady had said. "But I can't call upon Ferb(s) because he is busy working on ways to reduce the effects of the disease. He is doing a pretty good job, a lot of lives have been saved because of him. If he comes, who will look after these people? No, I've got to think of someone else." It was then that Isabella Garcia-Shapiro comes to his mind. He tells Isabella everything, and the two later visit Prof. Evans from the 2nd dimension.

When they entered the professor's lab in the other world, she was not found. Instead, a computer was making noises and giving flashes of red light. Phineas opened the computer and found another message from Prof. Evans. "The source of the disease comes from our universe. Dr. Elsbern is the one behind all this. All of us have tried, but no one could stop him. I believe that you, Phineas Flynn from 1st dimension, is capable of stopping this evil scientist. You along with your companion, need to stop him as soon as possible. His plans are to destroy people from both universes. Though this plan might sound absurd, nothing is impossible for this man. He has already ruined our universe, and has got into yours: none of us could stop him. We are counting on you, Phineas."

Can Phineas save the universes with his best friend Isabella? I leave that to your imagination, though I believe they will be successful.
