Corrin has grown a reputation as the boy who will make an entrance by landing on his face. Although he is very clumsy, he’s moved beyond his initial days of accidental self-pain. He is consistently working on improving things like his balance at the Academy, though it's a work in progress.
Corrin is kind, but he struggles with massive insecurity. He has had a hard time with others looking down on him or seeing him as unimportant or pathetic. And he feels the same way. He loves hearing the opposite opinion and is quick to latch onto people who give him a chance, because it validates that he is worth something. However Corrin is very hostile. Even with those he is close with, he has a lot of defensive walls built to protect himself. He can be cold and cruel if he feels threatened and is a bit bipolar with his moods. Despite this, he is quick to defend anyone who matters to him.
The best ways Corrin finds to keep his moodiness in check are in his multiple creative outlets. He has a lot of hobbies, often things where he can create with his hands: mask making, sewing, jeweling, and little knick knacks. These things are often given as gifts, and are a small clue as to who he really is behind those cold angry walls.
Brief Bio / Origin / Family:
In Corrin’s early life, he grew up with his parents and twin sister in a relatively busy town near wooded areas in Hyrule Field. His mother had an interest in mask collection, which is where he first grew to enjoy them as a hobby as he shared time with her. His dad was a surface knight, often busy and not very close to his kids. However, he wasn’t unkind. He expected his son to follow the same path as him, and was often disheartened to find Corrin was much more like his mother.
When Corrin was about 10, both he and his mother got sick, and it nearly killed them both. He survived but his mother didn't make it through.
The death of his mother caused an immediate rift within the family. He couldn’t stop from thinking that Corrin had somehow taken the life that his wife deserved. Hostility grew as his mind warped, and their relationship as Corrin recovered fell apart. Corrin’s sister avoided their conflict as best she could, choosing not to involve each other. In one particular fight, Corrin’s father, whether by accident or not, set the house on fire. After it was put out, he abandoned the children. The two, now with no one but each other, ended up living in the streets.
His sister thrived in this new life, making contacts and friends and gangs. Corrin never fit in with her crew, or really approved of what they did. They bullied him often, ending in an altercation where his hair was cut and him and his sister split up. Corrin fled into the forest, where a kind seamstress found the boy.
Corrin ended up being taken in by her and her Zora husband, and stability returned to his life as he lived in Zora’s Domain for the rest of his childhood.
It was on a rare visit to his hometown where he met the Sky Knights. He was in awe of them, of how they held themselves and were respected. He wanted to be someone others would look up to and admire, someone people could be proud of instead of disappointed in. And these knights were just that! And so, impulsive as ever, he decided to join.
Corrin had a rocky start to the Academy. He went through some trouble between making both friends and enemies, learned a bit about dating. He conquered reading, and added books to his growing list of hobbies.
Loftwing
Chrom is as stubborn as they come. More stubborn than Corrin. Their relationship started out rough. Chrom throwing corrin from his back every chance he got. The two struggled to build the bond. Though it was clear that even from the start they had one. Chrom refuses to listen the majority of the time, needing to be bribed with cookies or other treats. He enjoys knocking corrin over and chewing on his hair. Although there is an obvious cheekiness, Chrom is quick to defend Corrin against anyone he deems a threat.
Other Info:
Corrin tends to make little gifts for the other students at the academy. (Heart pins, fairy pins, Korok mask)
It's a way he tries to make friends. even if he isn’t fond of someone he will still give them a gift.
He wasn't the smartest kid and struggled with reading, only learning to read from his friend Spera. Who thought it would be a good idea to teach him how to read in gerudo. (He finally learned how to properly read Hylian after joining the academy.)
Loves reading now that he can, and can be found in the strangest places reading books.
Guilty pleasure: Romance novels. But he won’t admit it.
He is a very very good swimmer.
Still loves making and collecting masks. Gets all giddy and excited when he gets to show them off or talk about them.
Favorite food: cinnamon, strawberries, Tea , Honey.
Least favorite food : Pumpkin. ( Pumpkin pie is a conflict. Cinnamon is so good? But pumpkin is so yuck? What do???)

Wears his hair mainly in a ponytail, but he changes his style up sometimes and will wear braids, buns, etc

Doesn't know the whereabouts of his sister and avoids his father even though he wants to reconnect.
