Description
I wanted to make a pokemon oc based on my favorite sonic character, Kitsunami. He turned out to be a cringey ripoff instead. :'DHydroplane, or Hydro, is a cybernetic vaporeon. He's get some parts of Iron Bundle to control his water powers with. The goggles he wears are the only way for him to "see" and to express himself.
As of right now, his alignment is neutral and is programmed to obey orders from higher up people/pokemon. He's a very shy and quiet vaporeon but can be merciless and unpredictable in battle. He uses his water powers for nearly anything. Without his iron bundle bag, he's completely defenseless and will deactivate until it's retrieved.
I mainly used Kitsunami's beta designs in making Hydro.
I'm proud yet disappointed in making this lil guy.
