Description I just finished watching FMA: Brotherhood, and I absolutely loved it! I was practically crying throughout the whole thing. I also read the last chapter recently...after skipping through most of it. I'm sorry, I have sinned deeply. I'll read the rest eventually, I promise! Anyway, it's been a long time since I've been so satisfied by the ending of a series. I can't forget to mention how amazing the series itself is. I'm not as interested in anime as I used to be, and I stopped following FMA after the original anime ended. Reading the last chapter and catching up on some Royai goodness got me into FMA again and I'm so glad I decided to watch Brotherhood. It was so much more fulfilling than the original anime was, especially with the ending. I wish I could go back and start it all over, especially since I watched the whole thing in a week! I just have to mention that my love for Ed and Al has multiplied 100-fold since I started watching Brotherhood, and my love for Royai even more than that!

Anyway, I doodled this today after watching the last episode. I may or may not color it out of complete and utter laziness! Goodness, automail/armor is so hard to draw!!! And the shadows look so horrible! But oh well.

Now to go find an anime that keeps me just as happy as FMA did.

I love these brothers! What a great duo, and what a great series.

Interestingly enough, as it is my revisiting of the series, at a more 'mature' (not really!) age, I find myself comparing the things I've learned my life experiences to the things that occur in this series. Or even how I can apply what I've learned from watching these (like, how not to give bad news...) Maybe I'm looking into it too deeply, but I do appreciate the depth of character and life lessons FMA brings.

Love the drawing! You capture the two beautifully.
