I loved seeing all the pokefusions Fumi-LEX was doing recently
so I wanted to try my hand at smashing my two most beloved pokemon together. Eevee has been my longest favorite & Electrike I feel most strongly about!Elevoli is a very unstable hybrid - due to eevee's highly adaptable genes Elevoli's form is unpredictable. It is not known to evolve but rather can change forms based on necessity & environmental influence like when using secret power. (I might draw these form changes at a later date x3)
