The leader of sector V, Nigel Uno is in charge of planning out all major missions and giving orders to his sector. He can sometimes get a little hot headed and irrational, and sometimes his serious nature gets him into trouble; but, in the end, he always pulls through and does what he needs to do to fend off adult tyranny and defend the rights of his fellow operatives and kid based citizens.
