First Dream
Creek found herself standing in shallow water, surrounded by thickets and the welcoming sounds of frog and birds filling the air. Despite being early summer, the water and rocks underfoot were cool, no doubt thanks to the shade from the trees. Hearing a splash, she turned around to see a little girl standing in the creek with a plastic cup, as well as a middle aged woman sitting on the bridge overhead. The two of them talked as the little girl scooping out tadpoles and crayfish from the creek and the woman reading her book, but Creek couldn't hear what they were saying. It didn't matter though, because she could tell by the smiles on their faces that they were having a good time. She stood their for a while, watching with a smile on her face as the dream was swept away with the creek.

History
Creek spent most of her life growing up in small town with her mother; their lives were by no means luxurious but there was no lack of love and laughs in their house. She attended school, had normal teenage experiences, and eventually when the time came to choose a career she decided to become a forest ranger at her states' national park. She always had a love for the wilderness and the creatures in it after all, so what would be more perfect? As she settled into her career she eventually met a woman named Shu who she came to love deeply, and a few months before the apocalypse was announced the duo became engaged. One night after coming home from work, someone from the project reached out to contact her, giving her a lot of things to consider. Creek talked to Shu about it, voicing her desire to not leave her behind. Miraculously, her fiance came back the next day with news that she had been chosen by Project Deep Sleep too! Needless to say Creek was ecstatic that the two of them could live together after the impending apocalypse, while Shu was hoping that she could keep up the charade long enough for her fiance to officially be stored away safely underground without her.

When Creek woke up it would be an understatement to say she was a little bit confused and freaked out. But once she exited the cave and walked in to camp, her mind was already being put at ease with the amazing views and people around her. She felt a bit of a kinship with the other camp residents after learning that all of them had no recollections of their past either, and started to feel as though it wouldn't be too hard to call this place home.

Tid Bits
Cut off her hair a few days after waking up, she figured it was more of hassle than it was worth
Loves walking by water but is always extremely cautious of the sea folk
Doesn't remember all of the survival tricks she was taught when she was a forest ranger, but some of them do come to her as instinct
