Origin: Reagowl is primarily based on the snowy owl, but also shares traits of the white owl, and barn owl.
It also resembles a queen or a royal knight.
Name Origin: Reagowl is a combination of "Reagal" and "Owl".

I really like this Celestial-like design this pokemon has, it also kinda reminds me of Necraven :V, the technique as always is pretty legit, it also reminds me of Noctowl, which is pretty funny, but well...
Over all, I think it's a really well designed pokemon, only problem is that it doesnt really resalt that "Ice queen" vibe (aside from being an artic owl), so my suggestion would be to give it some icy accesories, like maybe a tiara and some decoration to the wings, but even without that I think it is one of the best pokes you have made!

Well, I have the forced tradition of always choosing the fire starter, regardless of how does it look, but if I wasn't using that rule, I would totally choose the grass starter

If I'm training a lvl 5 Pokemon into a full evolution,
I better be getting my money's worth in terms of it's
design.
Other than that, I usually go with either grass or water.

If you were going for a deck-of-cards aesthetic with the pokemon, you did an excellent job. Gamefreak hasn't delved very deeply into the uncharted waters of alice-in-wonderland stylisms, and Reagowl embodies said style quite well. If I were told that this pokemon were to star in generation seven, I would take that statement for face value based on how it is drawn; it looks authentic to Ken Sugimori's style. This may come off as a bit of a nitpick, and if you intended not to go on an alice-in-wonderland type card design, then keep it as you like. To be honest I'm not even sure if you intended to develop; I just made a connection to an aesthetic that I thought to be enjoyable

This is a pretty cool mix! Snowy owls and barn owls were always the most popular due to their beautiful feather designs (with the great horned being a close runner-up), and you've integrated their most popular features beautifully!
