Commander Shepard cosplay and my first build. Inner layers are made out of fiberglass cloth, while outer layers are covered with bondo/body fill. It is quite tough, durable and even if weight is approximately 23 pounds, it is quite light to wear. Bakpiece has slot for 12v battery, switch and LED strips. Helm has 9 LEDs a slot for 9v battery. Pieces are padded from the inside for greater comfort. M8 rifle (has to be reworked thou) is made out of MDF.
