This is Spiresight! The boy that Bearthroat attacks and attempts to kill but fails. She believes he is responsible for the death of her first mate and best friend Kestrelgrass, as well as her unborn kittens. The two were originally friends when they were a part of Shadestar’s cult together, but after Bearthroat was wounded by Minnowmouth and didn’t return, they lost contact. It didn’t help that ShadowClan relationships kept deteriorating, or that he was the son of Fleastar.

He eventually met Silentriver; a quiet, beautiful RiverClan she-cat who he didn’t realize was Bearthroat’s mate at the time. The two fell in love and though Silentriver was going to cut Bearthroat off, she acted first and cut open his belly and back with Iceclaw. The boy was rescued by RiverClan where he continues to thrive, now having 3 kits!!! Frozenpool, a stoic and silent she-cat, Hawkwasp, an ambitious cat, and Dandelionfuzz, the sweet but forgetful RiverClan medicine cat apprentice
