KaiLong is the senior police chief of Mahou Wando. You know, "Mahou Patrol" for adults.

KaiLong is said to always have a "scary face", which in turn, intimidates a lot of mahous because nobody wants to interact with the police chief that's always seemingly going to kill you. That being said, KaiLong is actually an incredibly humble and understanding man, and has bent the rules before to do what he thinks is right. What can he say, sometimes justice isn't black and white. Doesn't mean he won't use force when he has to though, he just tries to avoid it, balance out wen and wu as they say.

KaiLong is probably one of the OLDEST mahous in the entire realm. Hatched and raised by the great Agatha herself from a dragon egg, KaiLong is more than loyal and devoted to his job. He's just TIRED. Mostly of kids who want to post not appropriate things on their social media like a dead body in the Hallowed Forest or something-

KaiLong is married to a Hulijing named Misaki, who was once an incredibly powerful and deadly villain who terrorized a lot of people but have currently turned a new leaf. They're a married old couple and you can check her out here! Queen Murani

Recently, KaiLong has been aware that crime rates have been going up after Agatha's disappearance. He wants to get to the root of what's causing this..
