After living lives as less than favorable ponies, Trixie and Starlight wanted to prove that together they could both use their magic to create more than chaos and misery. The result of this was a slender and handsome foal, whom the pair named Deimos after a moon of Mars. Trixie carried the foal and had a healthy delivery.

Deimos is an aspiring astronomer and loves learning about everything beyond our own atmosphere. He's charming, intelligent, and an all-around perfect individual due to an upbringing involving lots of pressure being put on him by his mothers to be the best pony he could be. Most of the pressure was good for him, but sometimes it would stress him out. He hides his anxieties in order to remain his mothers' perfect son.
