Looks really cool, the overall shape of the skull looks similar to a camel skull.

I like how normal this scene looks. Like, that gull doesn't even care that there's this hellish thing on the beach. He's probably going to try to eat it.

Without the blubber, whales would probably just look more like a dolphin, but still whale-ish.
Just compare the skeletons. They're not that weird really.
Unless you've got a greaaaat example, ofcourse. But whales won't look like demons without blubber xD

oh yes I do have great examples....8D look at the Beluga skeleton, Sperm Whale skeleton.... and oh God... the Baleen Whale skeleton. O______O imagine THOSE GUYS, with just muscle and skin instead of AAAAAAAAAAALL that thick blubber. there are a lot of spaces on their bodies I HAVE NO IDEA what kind of connective tissues or what kind of blubber could be there that looks totally natural.... their bodies are so confusing. but there's always that EXTERNAL organ, even on dolphins that takes up that big ol'--- forehead? No, nose of theirs. their MELON. I can't believe it's actually called a MELON. haha... we have noses, whales have MELONS.Β
those whales... no, the beluga, the baleen, the orca, and (this one's a fish but it fits into what im saying) the basking shark are really hard to identify when they're heavily decomposed, and have washed up on the shore. A giant beluga washed up on the shore of somewhere waay close to the pole in Russia and some soldiers at some base near by found it and it looked like some kind of loch-ness monster I DON'T KNOW IT WAS JUST FREAKING SCARY.... It took people a while to figure out it was a heavily decomposed 6 foot something BELUGA. IT LOOKED ALL HAIRY.... I guess that's what rotted blubber kinda looks like after a while... A baleen whale washed up on a shore, of course heavily decomposed aaand the locals obviously thought it was some ancient dinosaur-godzilla-thing from the deep sea. Or an alien. All the baleen were gone, all of the connective tissues that kept it's jaw together were gone so it kinda had the face of one of those aliens in Halo. In japan, a deep-sea fishing boat caught a basking shark carcass. when they pulled it up, what remained of it looked like a plesiosaur. They thought they actually found one. Same kind of thing with dead whales. (IM SO SORRY PLEASE FORGIVE ME FOR RAMBLING... )

I had been wanting to do something like this for a while lol.. more so just for a beach scene of a carcass and shore creatures picking away at it.

Not to give any less respect to the picture. But I just read a book in which a dragon was asleep in the ocean for hundreds of years, then woke up, went on land, and was killed, ending up back in the sea. And this just just made me really happy. And really jealous because I couldn't make anything that good even if Β worked for days.
