So this is Fur in his first close-up - and also my first uploaded art using my new tablet.Fur is Dutchess second in comand, which would make him... my third in comand?... Anyway, he is one of the youngest members of the group, but don't take him lightly, because of his size, he's incredibly fast in battle, and quite strong, actually. He likes to use physycal attacks best, but if they fail, he won't hesitate in sweeping the battlefield with Hidden Power or Surf.
He's a brave nature, and has a preference for Occa beries, so he can double battle with just about anyone of the team without suffering serious injuries.
Dutchess was his first friend, and since I always have them both by my side, he enjoys sticking to her. He's my Surf pokemon, but since he's too small to carry me, pulls me around in a watterski style!
I really like how he came up! And I recently added that ruffled fur in his chest, in addition to a different way of shadowing my pics (before I liked to blur everything, this way lokks better, more neat!)!
Now I really look forward to gaining more practice on my tablet so I'll be able to upload more! - I tried drawing Dutchess and... no... better not to go there...

Instead of having a waterski, I thought you could have Fur create a big wave or something, but there's a problem on how you would stay on... Well, it seemed like a good idea at the time.

Well, I thought I had tons of Rare Candies. I only have two. DX Well, I would've only had one without the Dowsing Machine. I guess it's Chuck's Double team.

It looks like you're using the paint bucket to fill in his color, if so that is not a very good way to do it. Whatever way you are doing it though, white outlines are being left on the inside. It would work much better to use layers when coloring, and do it all by hand.
I'm not sure what program you're using, but even many of the free ones have layers.

You will feel really good about yourself if you learn to color it all by hand, I promise. It may be hard, but like you say, it does look better. It's worth the effort.
Drawing in general can be slow and hard to do at times, but just keep at it, push yourself, and you will learn and improve.
