Description I'm obsessed with Egypt along with Egyptian art. So for inspiration, I attempted to photograph my Egyptian collection. There are many more Egyptian trinkets, but I've always been impressed by the bust of Nefertiti.

Its a nice collection, though a shame Nefertiti was such an unlikable character. And also the destroyer of the Egyptian faith, along with her husband.

This is awesome! I too am fascinated by Egyptian mythology and Egyptian art. I really like the shallow depth of field in this picture... and how you have Tutankhamen in the background! The composition is well done! Excellent job!

I'm so obsessed with anything Egypt, especially ancient Egypt. I love the real Nefertiti bust, but I'm envious that you have a replica. You should check out ~egypt-club if you haven’t already. Just out of curiosity, where did you get all those busts?

Hello! And thank you for your comments

Unfortunatly, they are all replicas. The King Tut mask was handed down to my brother from my mother's friend. Only he didn't want it so he gave it to me. In horrible shape, I repainted it and fixed it up a little. The Nefertiti bust fits in the palm of my hand (I'm a girl and have really tiny hands :-P) The scarab I got as a Christmas present. I also have a lot more little trinkets that are not only Egyptian, but Hindu and Asian. I love all different cultures and am really fascinated with traveling. Thank you for the link, and again, thank you for your comments!

My pleasure. So it was King Tut in the background, I wasn't sure.
