This is the most beautiful mare in the world! Why? Because she is mine!

Her name is Beauty and she is an off the track Thoroughbred. No, she is not psycho or anything else like most tbs. I rescued her from a barn I used to work at. She was a couple hundred pounds underweight and had worms. She an I suffered a jumping accident which cut her leg down to the bone at the hock. We moved her to a new barn and treated her. For 6 months she was on stall rest, we weren't sure if she would live. But that was 7 years ago. Now she is the best horse at my barn (even the barn owner and my trainer say so!) She can go and 'lay' barrels or poles, then go do english pleasure, then go into a walk/trot class with my 7 year old sister, and win every class! She is such a gift and I am so glad to have her. Without her, I might not be here.

This picture was entered in the 4-H fair and took Best in show for my division!
