So much HNNNG. I like the fact that Scootaloo is off the ground, implying it is normal for little foals to fly and yet lose the ability at some point in their life. Magic and all that jazz, I'd say. Sweetie's horn? Well, the lack of it stands out, but with this art style it actually makes sense. If she has a small horn, her hair could be covering it up, like it is with her ears. The hair on all of them looks quite big, which is fitting for little foals who might not have had their first mane cut yet.
The little costumes look great, Apple Bloom's expression of nervous smile adds a nice contrast to the other two (as does her posture). Heck, even the background looks cool: cinnamon buns in a bakery (I'd say it's based on 'Games Ponies Play', but the Crystal Empire wasn't around that time, so it probably isn't the same location). It's a neat little detail, and adds to the sweetness of it (see what I did there?).
All in all, a very cute pic and very well made.
