Got inspiration to draw one of my favourite villains in the Pokemon series, the Omega Ruby version of Magma Admin Courtney. With the remakes giving her this almost chilling robotic attitude and greater importance to the story, even a major part of the Delta episode. Love her hood. Love the colours.
