i didn't visit deviantart for a long time, so i'm really sorry that i didn't answer your questions right in time.

1) the picture is now also available as a wallpaper.
2) i took the photo on a tripod (of course ) with a shutter speed of 5 or 6 seconds.
3) it was taken on a sunday afternoon.
