I can imagine that quite well actually. Deviantart has been filled with fetish art for years, and most of the stuff that is not fetish related, in my honest opinion, is of mediocre quality. I hardly think of Deviantart as a place to find actual art, the few hidden gems which are certainly on here aside. I can't really help it that Deviant art decides to push this stuff into your face, but what I can do is recommend Tumblr if you haven't found that already. I use it too, since this fetish thing I have going on Deviantart is mostly meant to make a little money now and then or to provide myself with a way to give some shape to, indeed, my fetish. I am not looking to insult anybody with these pictures, but I am not going to stop making them for this particular site either.Β
Tumblr is the medium where I post everything I make that has nothing to do with fetish, the stuff which I actually want many more people to see. The major advantage of being on tumblr, altough your audience gathers slowly on it, is that the Audience that you gather, as I find it, are truly interested in your work and that Tumblr shows you new material or random images based on what you already liked, what performs well (no fetish content at all) and what tags you place with your images. The result is that your work gets shown to people who are likely to enjoy it, and you see stuff which you wanna see, and the broader you search for content, the more diverse Tumblr feeds you works as well.
There are platforms enough besides Deviant art. Platforms that are not as easy to use and require patience, something that generally anathema to a fetish audience.Β
