Description This photo I took looking right out my back door. I wanted to capture the pond in a winter scene. This shot was taken just two days into our first winter snowfall of 2006.

ahhhh haha lmao you know I could figure out this was taken in Ottawa county as soon as I saw the picture (from MI and deliver furniture all over western MI) I do believe that Ottawa county's new slogan should be "if you dig it, they will come" in reference to ALL of the man made lakes. Ahhhh anywho I do like the picture, its a nice depiction of what it looks like around here in the winter

Maybe you are. I've got less than six inches that's been just sitting there for the past few weeks, with a nice ice layer under it.

Yeah, I hear a lot of that from my other Aussie friends here at dA. We definitely do get a wide variety of weather here as you will be seeing a lot more of in the future, as I have decided to really focus on nature photography more in my gallery now. Nonetheless Australia does have a great deal of beauty in her landscape as well.
