most of it is mechanical pencil.
then i used a regular drawing pencil to darken up areas and to make the smokey stuff in the background.

Jealous, but this is still amazing. I'm actually shocked that results like that could come from just pencils! but you clearly know what you're doing, and you did justice to a character I absolutely love. (err sorry)
