And yeah, there's way too many mistakes with the story continuity. Too many to count now, and the fans keep noticing!
Why don't they do their job right and, I dunno, rewatch all the epiosed and take notes so they can remember?

Misha said this while season 9 was on air on the beginning (or maybe just right before it was aired but it was already filmed well half of the season at least) at a conv
he confirmed Jimmy was still there (not his opinion they just told him that the writers and staff)
not long ago someone asked again and this time he looked very embarrassed and said something like : 'please don't ask me this question''
it's obvious they just didn't make the effort to fix this situation, shitty writers (as a professional (well not exactly but I filmed my own short movie and I write books also ) I just know what I'm doing when I write a story I don't just make shit up like that (I mean sometimes in a saga or tv show you can add things but important things like that you just can't) I'm disgusted by how shitty their work his, it look like they are drinking or just eating casually while doing it
it's not fair
If I was lucky to be at their place I would take it seriously and actually work
 well sorry back to the topic
maybe they will say something this season about jimmy but this will be just made up I think *roll eyes* I hate that

they are meant to keep all those details in files anyway, there should be people fixing this but obviously people aren't doing their job
oh and seriously it's not like it's easy to forget, the guy is under our nose all the time --' well his body but still it's not like the actor don't want to be back for the role because it's Misha haha ^^'
