Description
Nari Zefana, the mother of AsheSkyler 's comic protagonist, Shanku Ravenwing (of Just Another Day ). She is a hunter, so here she's trying to stalk a deer. I probably should have drawn her barefoot; it occurs to me that I don't know how Sylvan Kurach hunt -- with weapons or claws.I tried to do a monochrome painting first, then add color. I think I like it for base tones, but not preserving shading.
