The glossy coloring... the round shapes... her lips, nose and cheeks look so appealing... so round and soft... it's unbearably cute, actually.
I think the eyelashes are a 'bit' overdone... altough that's pretty impressive on it's own rights (they kinda make her look like a model, I think...), I think her head ended up a bit "short" (shouldn't the ear be placed a bit more to the right, and the lower-cheek line be less angled?), but really... considering this was done in ten minutes, it certainly has much more quality than one would expect out of that short time. =3
