Joe here isn't called the School Joker (LOL) for nothing. Everywhere he goes, he's bound to be making some sort of comedy in the school from hilarious pranks to devious tricks. Sometimes he can go a little overboard as he once prank-called and TP'ed the Cobblepot residence and got into serious trouble with the wealthy family. But besides that, Joe does harmless jokes, except on April Fool's day, that is. Joe has also won the title for Best Smile two years in a row.
