Description
The second in the series of the Mystery Skulls Gang and their official (more or less) Pokemon teams, with Vivi this time around! I've been working on this for a long time due to lack of inspiration at the time, as it is such a fickle thing. >:I But I had a lot of fun working on this, nonetheless! I'm super happy with how the water and clouds turned out. And although you cannot really tell, that is indeed a shiny Froslass in Vivi's team!Disclaimer:
