8DD;;; I was afraid that I wouldn't get this done. I was working on this the entire time after dinner, so I'm sorry I didn't call you today, Kendra! DD:This is my submission for the lovely contest at starring Rosalivia! 8DDD I BET THAT YOU GUYS TOTALLY DID NOT SEE THAT COMING.
Honestly, Rosa is one of the only characters I have who would look good in a gown and stuffs. I already had Jill enter a beauty contest before, so now it's Rosa's turn. YAAAAAAAY. I wanted to show that Rosa knows how to look elegant and formal, even though she may be a crazy spaz of a dictator at times. OMG, IS THAT LIPSTICK. Yes. It is. Be surprised that she's going to show her mouth in this contest. After that, SHE WILL SHOW IT NEVERMORE. >8C
I had a lot of fun drawing this out. I didn't know that painting with pinkish colors would be so fun. Urm....ENJOY, DUDES. ROCK OUT.
Now, I need to finish that art trade. I was having so much fun drawing it out until I realized that I had an actual deadline. xDDD;;;

I love the heart themes and designs you've incorporated into Rosalivia's dress. It totally mathces her!

I initially just glanced at this, and thought it was a really cool generic "princess." But, then I looked and noticed familiar eyes and the little 'cracked hearts' in her outfit; then just kind of went "Oh my God that's..."
Very cool to see a different side of her, and it still LOOKS like her.

ahhhh this looks toooo amazing...! Man oh man... ok honestly, I didn't actually think it was Rosa (well, the eyes looked familiar) until I scrolled down. But at second glance, I noticed the broken heart pin on her dress... clever.

The coloring on this is incredible... the massive amount of pink isn't too overpowering... its's like, perfect. Your shading is phenomenal... aww how do you do it?!!!??! My inquiring mind must know...!!!
umm, a bit off-topic, but how exactly can you enter your female OC into the "Miss OC Pageant"? What are the "requirements", if you will? Cuz it sounds like fun and I would try it next time it comes around.

Love the colors. It's very uniformed and easy on the eyes and the character is a very good choice.

Excellent incorporation of the broken heart into the dress. If she weren't already stated as having been in a pageant, I'd have guessed she was attending a diplomatic gala. After all, diplomacy would still have a place in the Loveless Empire, correct?
I honestly didn't know who this was supposed to be when I saw it in the inbox. I'm THAT used to Rosalivia having her face obscured. Also, without the wide shoulder-collar...uh, thing, she looks much taller!
Damn, how is it that you do that good of shading? It has to be one hell of a process the get that smooth of color fade without gradients right?
