Drawn in Tegaki. [link]I'm not even sure if I can consider this as a painting, but I guess it DON'T MATTUH at this point.
But anyway, I forgot my backpack in my dad's car after he dropped me off at home, so I couldn't do my homework for five hours (I get home at around 12 and my dad comes home around 5), I felt absolutely sick to my stomach, I also felt more sleepy than usual today. So this was like....what do you guys call it...."art therapy"?
Decided to "speedpaint". Didn't really feel like making a really pretty picture. I just felt like experimenting with red/purple colors and overall composition.
I just realized something. Whenever I feel worse than how I normally feel, whether I feel nauseous or stressed, I draw fairly creepy stuff. As a matter of fact, this looks pretty similar to that Ivan pic I did a few months ago.
EPIC FAIL.
Oh well, I still learned a lot from this while having fun at the same time. In case you didn't know already, this is a humanized Fawful from M&L: Bowser's Inside Story. I HAVE CHORTLES.

another excelent fawful pic, ah, he was always my favorite of sidkicks (later to be main villain). i was kinda upset when i thought he died in the first game, but when i came back in the second one i was like "HOLY CRAP, HE LIVES!!!" so yeah. love the shadeing on this picture, very well done in my opinion, and his expresion really captures his insanity, keep it up.

Well, at an art therapy the art outcome doesnt really matter, as long as it made you feel better drawing it. Its what I do very often when I am stressed with life or ill or sad.
And I know this bother of "Wait! I drew this pose a while ago already!" I can SO feel with you there! D| But I got to learn its a pressure you can ignore. Once you do so you will draw more freely. Don't put yourself under the pressure of always producing something shiny and blink blink and new. Like when I drew this picture with Ivan and the baltics as matrushkas I KNEW there had been several other artists, who did the same already with more success, but I drew it anyhow. It made me feel better and was fun to do, so what?
And I don't really see whats bad about drawing scarey/creepy pictures. As long as they don't contain you shooting your mother or something like this. I would rather say: this helps you and your art to make process and experience in different stiles and moods.
I also often have the urge to simply draw something creepy or "evil" (You know my mad scientists, I guess). I simply do so. I don't upload everything though... because I am too lazy colouring it. I think I lost track of what I really wanted to say... I hope you can still find out what it was and when you do so please tell me, ok? XDD
