*my first critique so sorry if it is not what you are looking for*
The palette is amazing! One thing I see missing is the red glow around Haunter's hands? Another thing I see s that the Gengar's hat goes behind his ear/spike and it makes it look a bit strange. Maybe put it in front of it instead? Other than that I can not really see anything wrong with this picture. Overall it is pretty amazing. I can not really think of anything else to say except I love the glow you hav put around the ghosts. Also the shadings is wonderful.
