Ogiel D'raque is son of Archon Tliensic D'raque (the Kabal of the Wraithkind)After the failed assassination attempt against his father, he was able to escape. After several years of wandering with his unit of trueborns he created his own Kabal ... Kabal of the Whisperers.
He is also known in Commoragh as one of the Vect's favorite inamorato.

Hmm...since this one isn't as polished as your previous work I'll assume it's a WiP.... but still, I'd like to add some criticism.
Somehow the right part of his face looks kinda shrunk, perhaps it's an optical illusion though. I am uncertain what kind of emotion he has on his face, looks weird imho. And you really have to focus on his eyes to see them, is that a wanted effect?
I feel bad about how s#!ty artist I am and at the same time putting such high standards when it comes to criticizing others. I hope I kinda help.

Very cool. I like the way the red band on the arm contrasts with the light blue, and yet doesn't draw attention away from the character's face.
