I wish to fav this. It's so wonderfully fitting of Northern Downpour, and it's very bizarre in it's own way. Truly, i hope that moon never goes down.

Nice! A very cool photomanip. I really like the traditional painted feel to this.
I like the dreamy atmosphere, but I wish some of the brighter elements could have been brought out more: like the rainbow, sparkles and moon. The moon especially, since the entire deviation was named after it. It took me a while to even find the moon. o-o;
The shadows on the balloon to the far left are off considering the light source, and the black lines encircling each balloon bugs me a bit. I'm not sure if you were trying for a separated, paper-cutout look, but that's what it looks like.
I also wish the little shadow shapes (like the heart, notes, etc.) were varied a bit more. I don't like how controlled they look. However, the "hanging" idea you incorporated is a nice addition.
