Finally, a local cat. I've been wanting to draw this lady for a long while, but she was not... well, I have enough photos of her rolling around closeups of her nose, but she is not the kind of cat who sits still often and allow their portrait to be taken.

Really, she is quite a personality. When she sees you, she will run up to you... and start rolling in front of you. This is not an invitation to pet her, however, because any arm or hand that comes within reach will be held and (playfully) bitten. Then, if she's in the mood, she might come close and rub against you, marking you as one of her human underlings. Again, woe if you try to pet her - she really is not the kind of cat who tolerates that kind of thing.

...But so stunning, though. I just love her markings.
