I think this picture should have a story to go with it. We as the viewers don't know who these two are or what their connection is to each other if they even have one. What we can basically tell is that the man is in awe of the woman's girth.

Great angle and pose. Makes you want to know what will happen next.
Being able to see the belly hang between her legs is awesome.
The look on Nick's face is almost one of bewilderment.
Just a few more steps and he would be pressed against the wall.
