Description Ok, maybe not, my first love was actually Indiana Jones. Not Harrison Ford mind you, I could give a rats ass about Han Solo, but Indiana was so hot! I think that is where my love of Cowboy Hats came from.

ANYWAY! My first cartoon crush was on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! All four of them. I think I was 12 when the cartoon came out and I totally couldn't get enough of them. Case Jones was a hottie too. *grin*

Thank you! If I remember correctly, I used color pencil first, then went over it with marker. Usually I work the other way.

LOL! Thank you. Actually, I used Marker and color pencil for this. It was back when my markers where still good and crisp and clean.

I had a crush in that series...Shreader... Something about lame whaha villians in metal armour... *shakes head in shame*
This is cool, I had no idea you like TMNT!!
Which is so freaky I've been really wanting to draw Shreader too... Then you post this..

The angsty movie version is much more dark and brooding in the comic version, and that's what I liked.

I love the way you color your pieces, they're all so great. I'm not sure which turtle I liked best, they all were awesome. I think my first fur crush though was Yojimo, the Samurai Bunny!

Thank you! Yes, Yojimbo was and is awesome. Stan Sakai, the creator of Yusagi Yojimbo is one of the guest of honor at Anthrocon this year! I totally want to meet him.

Stan's a total sweetie. He's been at the SDCC every year, pretty much, so he's always someone I say "hi, congrats" to. What was it, last year? Year before? Was their 15th anniversary. With all the shifting around in publishers I don't have all the books, but I do have the first 5 or 6 years worth, including the very first Usagi appearances. he's very quiet, he usually has his family with him, so you might get to meet his wife and kid/s.

If you get the chance too? If Sergio Aragones is there, which I don't know if he does Anthrocon, he's such a kick!

Not only are they back, but they are back AGAIN! There is a new TMNT cartoon that I totally cannot stand! In the original books and cartoon, after the mousers attack their home, Splinter is missing and they go on this long quest to find him. In the new cartoon, they call him on thier "shell" phone, "Hey Splinter, where are you?" "I'm over here, come get me."

That is the ONLY episode of the new series I've seen.
