I thought you couldn't commission people for already owned characters. Isn't that illegal? You're not supposed to do it anyway.

I've seen other people done it, but I think they're not aweare of the rule.
But let's get serious, TLK copyright is huge, and honsetly I don't think they will care so much if anyone draw their movie characters. Especially when it's comes to dA's form for money( points )// or for cheap money.

I think that if there's no feature of downloading the picture for money or points, nobody can prove you that you sell it. But I dunno, I've never did a commission with already oned characters
